Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fez
Your 5 Day Morocco Tour from Tangier to Marrakech begins with a private pickup from your hotel, riad, airport, or port in Tangier. We leave the Mediterranean coast and travel through the beautiful Rif Mountains toward Chefchaouen, Morocco’s famous Blue City.
Once there, enjoy plenty of time to walk through its peaceful blue-painted streets, discover traditional houses, local artisan shops, charming squares, and beautiful mountain viewpoints. You can enjoy lunch in the medina and take some time to experience the relaxed atmosphere of this unique mountain town.
In the afternoon, we continue our journey through the Moroccan countryside toward Fez, enjoying changing landscapes along the way. Upon arrival in Fes, check into your traditional riad or comfortable hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening. This first day is a wonderful introduction to northern Morocco, combining the coastal atmosphere of Tangier, the charm of Chefchaouen, and the cultural richness of Fes.

After breakfast, your final day begins with a visit to Aït Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most famous historic sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the impressive fortified village, walk through its traditional narrow streets, discover its earthen kasbahs, and enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding landscape while learning about its history as an important ancient caravan settlement.
After the visit, we continue toward Marrakech, traveling through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains and crossing the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass.
